Trusted Guidance

for Business Owners

Our Mission

To guide business owners through pivotal transitions with disciplined, transparent trustee services—safeguarding the proceeds of their life’s work, honoring their legacy, and managing their wealth with precision to ensure lasting financial security for generations to come.

Who We Are

TrustPoint Business Strategies, LLC delivers reliable trustee services designed to help clients strategically defer capital gains taxes on appreciated assets. With deep experience and a client‑focused approach, TrustPoint Business Strategies, LLC offers customized solutions for high‑net‑worth individuals and business owners.

What We Do

TrustPoint Business Strategies, LLC provides guidance for tax-deferral and other asset protection.

Enjoy Pre-Tax Proceeds for an Extended Time: When appreciated assets are sold, tax on the gain is deferred until the seller receives payments on the principal. Opting to receive future payments in place of a lump sum delays the recognition of capital gains, thus enabling the seller to enjoy the benefit of pre-tax proceeds for an extended period.

Lower Marginal Tax Rates: Controlling the amount and timing of principal payments may help lower tax brackets, avoid a large one-time tax hit, and improve after-tax cash flow over time.
